How verification works

- Send the message to privacy@waktaa.com from the email address you listed—or reply to our confirmation if we contact you first.
- For Waktaa account holders, we may also ask you to confirm from your account email or sign in. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority.
- We aim to acknowledge requests within 15 days and complete verified deletion within 30 days. Shopper data in a merchant inbox is controlled by the merchant; contact them first, then we assist as processor.
